 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Pengelolaan Rantai Pasok atau Supply Chain Management (SCM) mencakup
seluruh kegiatan, fungsi dan fasilitas yang terlibat dalam memproduksi dan
memberikan produk dan/atau jasa dari pemasok (dan pemasok dari pemasok)
kepada pelanggan. Perkembangan baru dalam bidang ini adalah implementasinya
dilingkungan kampus atau dikenal dengan nama Campus SCM. Campus SCM
merupakan sebuah pengelolaan terintegrasi dari kegiatan SCM yang memiliki
fungsi serta tugas pokok unik yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya oleh pihak
Kampus. Saat ini telah banyak kampus ternama di dunia yang menerapkan konsep
SCM untuk mendukung kegaiatan baik akademis maupun non akademis. Pada tesis
ini, penulis mengusulkan sebuah kerangka pengembangan perancangan proses
dalam sebuah siklus sistem, yang diharapkan dapat digunakan dalam
mengembangkan salah satu komponen penting dari sistem SCM yaitu Warehouse.
Kerangka pengembangan ini merupakan sintesa dari berbagai metode
pengembangan sebuah warehouse yang telah ada sebelumnya dan memadukannya
dengan konsep rekayasa sistem.

ABSTRACT
Supply Chain Management (SCM) includes all the activities, functions and
facilities involved in producing and delivering products and / or services from
suppliers (and the suppliers of suppliers) to the customer. A new development in
this study is the implementation of SCM in campus environment or known by the
name Campus SCM. Campus SCM is an integrated management of SCM activities
that have a unique functions and main tasks predefined by the Campus. At the
present time, there are several weel-know campuses that apply the concept of SCM
to support their both academic and non-academic activities. In this thesis, the
authors propose a framework design to design several processes in a life-cycle of a
system, which is expected to be used in developing one of the essential components
of the SCM system, Warehouse. This development framework is a synthesis of the
various methods of developing a pre-existing warehouse design and combines with
