Latar Belakang: Jaminan kesehatan Nasional mempermudah masyarakat untukmengakses dan mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan bermutu termasuk kesehatangigi. Dokter gigisebagai pemberi pelayanan kesehatan tingkat pertama diharapkanberpartisipasi dalam mendukung Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Tujuan:Diperolehnyapemahaman determinan kesediaan dokter gigi sebagai pemberipelayanan kesehatan dalam Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Metode: PenelitianCross Sectional terhadap dokter gigi praktek swasta menggunakan kuesioner.Datadianalisis menggunakanujichi square dan regresi logistik.Simpulan: Pengetahuantentang paket manfaat dan sikap terhadap kapitasi ditemukan memberikankontribusi terhadap kesediaan dokter gigi.
