[ABSTRAK
Masalah kesejahteraan hidup merupakan fenomena yang sering terjadi padakehidupan ibu pekerja akibat adanya peran yang berlebih. Sumber dan bentukdukungan sosial merupakan faktor penting bagi ibu pekerja untuk mencapaikesejahteraan subjektif dan psikologis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalahmengidentifikasi hubungan sumber dan bentuk dukungan sosial dengankesejahteraan subjektif dan psikologis pada ibu pekerja. Desain penelitian yangdigunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampeladalah 374 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode cluster random samplingpada ibu pekerja di wilayah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Variabel dianalisis dengankorelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikanantara sumber dan bentuk dukungan sosial dengan kesejahteraan ibu pekerja (pvalue 0,000). Selain itu didapatkan variabel orang yang tinggal serumah sebagaifaktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif dan tingkatpendidikan sebagai faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kesejahteraanpsikologis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada pelayanan keperawatan jiwamasyarakat maupun perusahaan yang mempekerjakan ibu rumah tangga untukmenyediakan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa dalam membantu ibu pekerja mencapaikesejahteraan subjektif dan psikologis.
