[ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang partisipasi dan bentuk resiprositas anggotakelompok (UPPKS) Lentera dan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambatpartisipasi dan resiprositas anggota kelompok. Penelitian ini mengunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitianmenggambarkan bahwa proses partisipasi anggota tergambar melalui kegiatanproduksi, pelatihan keterampilan, kegiatan rutin bulanan, dan kegiatan pameran.Bentuk resiprositas anggota kelompok UPPKS Lentera tergambar melaluikegiatan anggota yang berkaitan dengan tugas kelompok dan tugaskemasyarakatan. Sedangkan faktor pendukung dan penghambat partisipasi danresiprositas kelompok adalah faktor internal kelompok.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about the participation and reciprocity form thegroup members (UPPKS) Lantern and the factors that support and hinderparticipation and reciprocity members of the group.
