Orientasi kewirausahaan dan kapabilitas dinamik telah menjadi subjekpenelitian yang menarik berkaitan dengan organisasi yang menghadapiketidakpastian lingkungan eksternal. Implementasi dari orientasi kewirausahaandan kapabilitas dinamik diharapkan mampu mendorong kinerja organisasi ketingkat yang lebih tinggi. Penelitian ini mengenai analisis pengaruh dari orientasikewirausahaan dan kapabilitas dinamik terhadap kinerja dalam menghadapiketidakpastian lingkungan eksternal.Unit analisisnya merupakan karyawan manajerial bandar udara yangdikelola salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara di Indonesia. Hasil temuannyaadalah walaupun orientasi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh yang positifterhadap kapabilitas dinamik, namun orientasi kewirausahaan tidak memilikipengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Kombinasi antara orientasi kewirausahaandan kapabilitas dinamik merupakan sumber potensial untuk menciptakankeunggulan kompetitif dan peningkatan kinerja dalam menghadapi ketidakpastianlingkungan eksternal.

ABSTRACT
Orientation entrepreneurial and dynamic capability have been the subject ofinteresting research related to organization facing uncertainty of the externalenvironment. Implementation of entrepreneurial orientation and dynamiccapability are expected to drive performance of the organization to a higher level.This study about the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and dynamic capabilitieson performance in the face of the uncertainty of external environment.The unit of analysis are airports managerial employees managed by one ofthe State-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. Although its findings areentrepreneurial orientation has a positive influence on the dynamic capability, butentrepreneurial orientation has no influence on performance improvement.
