[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program kerjasama yang telah dilakukan antara BNN dan PT. Indomarco prismatama, Penerapan program pelatihan pada terapi vokasional pada Balai Besar Rehabilitasi BNN serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor peghambat dan pendukung yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan program community service terhadap residen.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara secara mendalam kepada para responden yang merupakan Residen dan konselor dari Balai Besar Rehabilitasi BNN serta pihak dari PT. Indomarco Prismatama selaku mitra kerjasama.Hasil Evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa Program pelatihan Laundry dan magang sudah berjalan dengan baik dan memiliki dampak yang positif terhadap perkembangan Residen pada setiap tahapannya. Meski dalam pelaksanaan program kerjasma ini belum ada bagian khusus yang mengevaluasi program kerjasama yang sedang beerlangsung.

This research aims to evaluate cooperation programs that has been carried out between National Narcotics Board and PT .Indomarco Prismatama, the application of a training program on therapy vocational on the Center rehabilitation National Narcotics Board (BNN) and identify the factors a barrier and supporters that affects the success of the program community service to residentThis research using qualitative approach with deeply interview with the respondents who is resident and counselors of the agency as well as the Center rehabilitation National Narcotics Board from PT.Indomarco prismatama as a joint venture partner.The evaluation results show that the community service programs already run well and have a positive impact on development of the prefect at all levels.
