[ABSTRAK
Penulisan ini dibuat untuk menjabarkan efektivitas whistleblowing sebagai upayapemberantasan korupsi di Indonesia, dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktorsosiologi hukum yang ada di Indonesia. Analisa faktor-faktor sosiologi hukumuntuk mengukur efektivitas whistleblowing, penulisan ini menggunakanpemikiran dari William M Evan mengenai efektivitas hukum. Penulisan inimenggunakan metode kajian kepustakaan melalui penelusuran data sekunder yangberkaitan dengan fokus penulisan. Penulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktorfaktor sosiologi hukum yang ada di Indonesia kurang mendukung perlindungan dan kurang mendorong masyarakat untuk menjadi whistleblower. Adanya kondisi ini menyebabkan whistleblowing menjadi sulit untuk berjalan dengan efektif dalam memberantas korupsi di Indonesia.

This paper is designed to describe the effectiveness of the whistleblowing in aeffort to eradicate corruption in Indonesia, by considerasing the factors ofsociology of law in Indonesia.
