Menganalisis tingkah laku negara anggota di dalam suatu institusi regional merupakan salah satu fenomena yang sering dibahas dalam Ilmu HubunganInternasional. Inggris sebagai anggota resmi Uni Eropa yang memiliki sikapskeptis yang tinggi terhadap integrasi Eropa atau yang sering disebut sebagaiEuroscepticism menjadi suatu fenomena yang unik di dalam kajian integrasiregional. Literature Review ini diawali dengan pemaparan mengenaiperkembangan definisi Euroscepticism. Kemudian, perkembangan literaturtentang Euroscepticism Inggris dapat diamati dari kecenderungan argumen para penulisnya. Literatur tersebut dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok. Kelompok literatur pertama membahas Euroscepticism dari sisi ekonomi. Kelompok literatur keduamembahas Euroscepticism dari sisi politik yang menjadi mayoritas literatur yangmuncul apabila membicarakan tentang skeptisme terhadap integrasi Eropa.Kelompok literatur terakhir menjelaskan Euroscepticism dari sudut pandang yangbelum banyak ditulis oleh para akademisi yaitu sisi sosial kultural. Dengankategorisasi demikian, literature review ini berupaya untuk menjabarkanperkembangan literatur Euroscepticism yang terjadi di Inggris berdasarkan realitasdan fenomena internasional. Hasil dari pemaparan literature review tentangEuroscepticism Inggris ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan bahwa fenomenaEuroscepticism di Inggris merupakan sebuah fenomena yang multi level attitudinal. Yaitu sebuah fenomena yang menjangkau semua lapisan aktor.

Analyzing the behavior of member states within a regional institution is one of phenomenon that often discussed in International Relations. England as an officialmember of the European Union which has a high scepticism toward Europeanintegration or which is often called as Euroscepticism became a uniquephenomenon in the studies of regional integration. This literature review beginswith an examination of the development of the definition of Euroscepticism,Furthermore, the development of Euroscepticism in England literature can beobserved from the tendency of the authors arguments.
