Penerapan Balanced Scorecard sebagai alat pengukur kinerja dinilai dapat memberikan motivasi kepada para ahli medis untuk menggunakan CPOE yang berguna untuk meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitif dan mendorong kelancaran komunikasi dan kolaborasi antara sesama ahli medis. Tesis ini membahas tentang pengaruh pemilihan pengukur kinerja secara finansial terhadap penerapan CPOE di ruang lingkup medis. Saya akan menjelaskan manfaat menggunakan Balanced Scorecard sebagai pengukur kinerja yang tepat untuk memberikan motivasi kepada ahli medis untuk menerapkan CPOE.
