Artikel ini membahas pembangunan monumen-monumen di Jakarta sebagai implementasihubungan Indonesia ? Uni Soviet di Era Soekarno. Pembahasan bangunan yang ada sebagaibukti nyata pada hubungan antara kedua negara, menggunakan teori konsep kepentingannasional dalam kerjasama bilateral yang diusulkan oleh Hans J. Morgenthau. Artikel inimenggunakan metode deskriptif-analitif, dengan mendeskripsikan sejarah awal hubunganIndonesia ? Uni Soviet, bukti-bukti pembangunan monumen-monumen di Jakarta sebagaikerjasama Indonesia ? Uni Soviet terutama pada era Soekarno.
