Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di apotek bertempat di Apotek Safa Jakarta Selatan.Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama empat minggu dari tanggal 5 sampai dengantanggal 28 Februari 2015. PKP di apotek bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker dapatmenegerti serta memahami peranan Apoteker Pengelola Apotek (APA), memperolehwawasan tentang pelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian, dan memiliki gambaran nyataakan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian yang terjadi di apotek. Mahasiswaapoteker telah berhasil memperoleh wawasan mengenai kegiatan rutin yangdilakukan di apotek. Kegiatan teknis kefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek meliputipengadaan, penerimaan, penyimpanan, penjualan, pengelolaan narkotika,pengelolaan psikotropika, dan dokumentasi resep. Adapun kegiatan non tekniskefarmasian yang dilakukan di apotek adalah penyusunan resep dan strukpembayaran, penandaan harga pada resep kredit untuk penagihan, dan pembuatanLaporan Ikhtisar Penjualan Harian (LIPH). Berdasarkan kegiatan PKP yangdilakukan, APA di Apotek Safa Jakarta Selatan secara garis besar belummelaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan apotek terkait kegiatanteknis kefarmasian dan kegiatan non teknis kefarmasian sesuai dengan peraturanperundang-undangan yang berlaku. Masalah yang terjadi di Apotek Safa JakartaSelatan adalah ketiadaan APA dalam apotek sehingga wewenang pekerjaan teknisdan non teknis kefarmasian diberikan kepada Asisten Apoteker Apotek Safa.ABSTRACT Profession Internship at pharmacy was held at Apotek Safa Jakarta Selatan. acquired the insight of routine activities in pharmacy. Pharmaceutical technical

activities include procurement, reception, storage, sales, management of narcotics,

management of psychotropics, and prescription documentation. Non-technical

activities include archiving prescription and receipt of payment, price labelling of

credit prescription for billing purpose, and the making of Daily Sales Summary

Report. Based on the activities at the pharmacy, Pharmacy Manager has not carrying

out the duties and responsibilities in pharmacy management. The issue at Apotek

Safa Jakarta Selatan was the absence of Pharmacy Manager itself so that the duty of
