[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh tingkat risiko K3 pada Praktikum Milling Tingkat I di ATMI Cikarang dengan menganalisis risiko K3 tersebut.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi lapangan, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Identifikasi bahaya dilakukan dengan metode Job Hazard Analysis, lalu melakukan analisis semi-kuantitatif dengan mempertimbangkan consequences, probability, dan exposure sehingga diperoleh tingkat risikonya, baik itu basic risk, exisiting risk, dan predictive risk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bahaya tertinggi yaitu cutter (baik yang berputar/rotating maupun yang tidak),
chips/gram, dan metal fume. Oleh karena itu, masih diperlukan pengendalian tambahan untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko yang masih ada.;The purposed of this research is to get the level of risk on first grade milling practice in Akademi Tehnik Mesin Industri Cikarang with analyze those risk.
