Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuntitatif dengan desain penelitian analitik pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah responden 138 orang dengan cara pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportionate random sampling. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ada hubungan antara perencanaan kehamilan, usia gravida, usia suami, mitos, frekuensi hubungan seksual dan inisiasi dengan fungsi seksual. Hasil analisa regeresi logistik berganda dengan uji regresi binomial didapatkan nilai p-value = 0.008 dengan OR 8.7 untuk mitos dengan keinginan seksual, p-value = 0.143 dengan OR 2.1 untuk perencanaan kehamilan dengan gairah seksual, p-value = 0.002 dengan OR 5.2 untuk frekuensi hubungan seksual dengan orgasme dan p-value = 0.021 dengan OR 3.7 untuk frekuensi hubungan seksual dengan kepuasan seksual. Disimpulkan mitos sangat memengaruhi fungsi seksual ibu hamil.

Sexual function in pregnant women perceived change due to changes in the physical, hormonal, psychological and socio-cultural. The purpose of this study to overview sexual function of pregnant women and the factors that influence. This study uses quantitative methods to design analytic approach of cross sectional study. Total respondents 138 people in a way proportionate random sampling using sampling.

Results of the study explained that there is a relationship between planning pregnancy, gravida age, the age of the husband, the myth, the frequency of sexual intercourse and initiation of the sexual response; desire, arousal, orgasm and sexual satisfaction.

Regeresi analysis results of the multiple logistic regression with binomial obtained p-value = 0.008 with OR 8.7 for the myth with sexual desire, p-value = 0143 with OR 2.1 for pregnancy planning with sexual arousal, p-value = 0.002 with OR 5.2 for frequency sexual intercourse with orgasm and p-value = 0.021 with OR 3.7 for the frequency of sexual intercourse with sexual satisfaction. Concluded myth influence with sexual function.
