 Abstrak

[ABSTRAK
Langkah awal membangun keselamatan pasien adalah melakukan penilaian terhadap budaya keselamatan pasien yang mana sebagai panduan dalam menerapkan keselamatan pasien.Penelitian ini di lakuakan di RSIA Kurnia Cilegon dengan sampel tenaga medis 79 responden yang terdiri dari dokter umum, dokter gigi,dokter spesialis, bidan dan perawat dengan metode kuantitatif potong lintang dengan menggunakan instrument AHRQ mengukur persepsi budaya keselamatan pasien dilanjutkan metode kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penghambat dan faktor-faktor pendukung serta mengetahui langkah-langkah upaya peningkatan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSIA Kurnia .Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan gambaran budaya keselamatan pasien sedang di RSIA Kurnia tahun 2015 dengan saran Tim KPRS melakukan sosialisasi tentang keselamatan pasien, memberikan reward dan selalu mensosialisasikan respon non-punitive terhadap kesalahan, melakukan Inhouse Training keselamatan pasien, menyusun jadwal pertemuan rutin bulanan, dan melakukan investigasi disetiap ruangan dengan melakukan ronde keselamatan pasien secara rutin guna meningkatkan pelaporan insiden keselamatan pasien dan meningkatkan budaya keselamatan di RSIA Kurnia.

The initial step to build patient safety is assessing patient safety culture in which as a guide in implementing patient safety. The research was done in RSIA Kurnia Cilegon with a sample of medical personnel 79 respondents consisting of general practitioners, dentists, specialists, midwives and nurses with quantitative methods cross-sectional by using instrument AHRQ measure perceptions of patient safety culture continued qualitative method aims to find out factors inhibiting and supporting factors and knowing the steps efforts to improve patient safety culture in RSIA Kurnia results of this study, it was shown in patient safety culture is being RSIA Kurnia 2015 with Tim advice KPRS socialize patient safety, reward and always socialize a non-punitive response to faults, do Inhouse Training patient safety, scheduling regular monthly meetings, and conduct an investigation in each room to do patient safety rounds regularly to improve the reporting of patient safety incidents and improve safety culture at RSIA Kurnia.;The initial step to build patient safety is assessing patient safety culture in which as a guide in implementing patient safety.
