Suatu pelaksanaan lelang sudah seharusnya berpedoman pada asas-asas lelang dan memenuhi prosedur umum lelang yang berlaku dalam peraturan lelang. Begitu pula halnyadengan Pelaksanaan Lelang Melalui Tromol Pos Pada Kantor Pelayanan Kekayaan Negara Dan Lelang Tangerang juga seharusnya berpedoman pada asas - asas lelang dan memenuhi prosedur umum lelang yang berlaku dalam peraturan lelang sehingga didapat hasil yang optimal. Namun ternyata hasil pelaksanaan lelang tidak mendapatkan hasil yang optimal. Oleh karena itu penulis mencoba untuk menganalisis permasalahan bagaimana penerapan asas - asas pada pelaksanaan lelang menggunakan Tromol Pos dan kesesuaian lelang dengan prosedur lelang. Dari penelitian penulis menemukan bahwa dalam lelang menggunakan tromolpos di Kantor PelayananKekayaan Negara danLelang (KPKNL) Tangerang tidak memenuhi asas - asas lelang, khususnya asas kompetisi dan asas efisiensi. Beberapa tahap dalam pelaksanaan lelang tersebut tidak terpenuhi secara optimal khususnya dalamhal, kewajiban kehadiran peserta lelang pada saat pelaksanaan lelang sehingga membuka peluang terjadinya interasi antara peserta lelang.

An auction is supposed to be guided by the principles of auction and meet the general procedures which applicable in the auction regulations.Likewise, for the implementation of Auction through Post Tromol in Tangerang State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) also should be guided by the auction principles and meet the auction's general procedures which applicable in the auction rules in order to get optimal results.But apparently the results of the auction was not optimal. Therefore, the author tries to analyze the problems of how the application of the principlesin auction using Post Tromoland the suitability of the auction by the auction procedures. Through the study and research, authors found that in auctions through Post Tromol in Tangerang State Assets and Auction Service Office (KPKNL) does not meet the principles of auctionit self, in particular, the principle of competition and the principle of efficiency.Several stages in the auction were not fulfilled optimally, especially in terms ofpresence of bidders at the time of the auctionthus opening thepossibilities for interaction between the participants of the auction.
