ABSTRAKAbstrak Perilaku kekerasan merupakan perilaku melukai orang lain diri sendiri maupun lingkungan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi kognitif dan latihan asertif terhadap tanda dan gejala serta kemampuan mengontrol perilaku kekerasan klien Skizofrenia. Desain penelitian ldquo Quasi experiment pre and post test with control group rdquo dengan tindakan terapi kognitif dan latihan asertif. Sampel sebanyak 30 kontrol dan 30 intervensi. Pemberian Terapi generalis dan terapi Kognitif paling banyak menurunkan respons kognitif 40 dan 35 9 meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif. Pemberian terapi generalis dipadukan dengan terapi kognitif dan latihan asertif menurunkan respons perilaku sebanyak 53 3 dan meningkatkan kemampuan perilaku 56 25.Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan penurunan tanda dan gejala perilaku kekerasan dengan kemampuan mengontrol perilaku kekerasan klien Skizofrenia r 0 39 Terapi kognitif dan latihan asertif direkomendasikan untuk diterapkan pada klien perilaku kekerasan bersama dengan tindakan keperawatan generalis Kata kunci Perilaku Kekerasan Terapi Kognitif Latihan asertif Skizofrenia.
