Analisis SituasiKualitas berita pada portal berita online begitumemprihatinkan. Informasi yang disampaikan seringkali sulitdipahami karena tidak kronologis, tak akurat dan kurangmendalam, karena terlalu mengejar kecepatan. Jenis mediaonline lain seperti e-magazine belum mampu mengatasipermasalahan tersebut karena interval terbitnya yang terlalulama meskipun kualitas beritanya sudah baik. Kanal beritaYouTube Singkat Kata mencoba menjawab permasalahantersebut dengan menjadi platform yang menjelaskan beritaberitasecara mendalam, mendidik dan berkualitas denganwaktu yang relatif cepat dibandingkan e-magazine.Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan PrototipeManfaat bagi khalayak: Media informasi bagi masyarakatuntuk mendapatkan penjelasan berita yang bersifat mendidik,menghibur dan edukatif.Manfaat bagi pengelola: menjadi pelopor pada bidangjurnalisme yang mendidik di IndonesiaTujuan: Memnyajikan berita yang mencerdaskan danmendidik bagi publik.Prototipeyang DikembangkanKanal YouTube Singkat Kata menyajikan video berdurasidibawah 5 menit dengan target 3 video perminggunya. Videoberisikan penjelasan tentang isu atau peristiwa terkinisehingga mudah diikuti dan dipahami oleh khalayak. Targetkhalayak adalah pengguna internet yang aktif membaca beritaonline,berusia 18-45 tahundengan SES A dan B.Evaluasi Riset Pasar Khalayak (Input) dilakukan dengan menyebarkuesioner online kepada 30 responden dengan metodepurposive sampling Media pre-test dilakukan menyebar kuisioner onlinekepada 50 responden setelah menyaksikan prototipe. Evalusi media, berupa analisis traffic (internal) danpengisian kuisoner online (eksternal) Evaluasi output dilakukan dengan menyebarkankuesioner online kepada 50 responden yang sudahmenonton konten dari Kanal YouTube Singkat Kata.Selain itu dilakukan juga analisis melalui YouTubeanalytics. Evaluasi outcome dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner online kepada 50 responden yang sudahmenonton konten dari Kanal YouTube Singkat Kata.AnggaranAnggaran pembuatan prototipe: Rp60.000Rencana anggaran operasional perbulan: Rp48.200.000Perkiraan rugitahun pertama: (Rp382.221.250)Perkiraan laba tahun kedua: Rp838.387.500Perkiraan laba tahun ketiga: Rp3.976.205.000BEP (Break Even Point) akan dicapai pada tahun kedua bulankeempat
