ABSTRAKSosialisasi Orang Tua Kader PKS diperlukan untuk menanamkan nilai kepada anak terkait pengetahuan Islam yang khas PKS. Sosialisasi kekhasan tersebut dilakukan orang tua dengan memanfaatkan masa kanak-kanak dan remaja anak kader. Anak kader sebagai objek sosialisasi diharapkan bisa menjadi kader di masa yang akan datang. Selain itu, keluarga kader mengalami tantangan dalam memberikan sosialisasi ketika anak sudah memasuki tahap dewasa, sosialisasi primer mengalami pergeseran kepada sosialisasi sekunder dan partisipatori yang lebih dominan daripada anak kader pada masa sebelumnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deksriptif dengan menggunakan konsep sosialisasi untuk melihat proses penanaman nilai dalam konteks Islam khas PKS dan mengambil informan dengan unsur pengurus Bidang Perempuan PKS, orang tua Kader, dan anak kader.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pada masa dewasa, mereka lebih dipengaruhi oleh peer group nya dan media massa sebagai pendukung dalam memandang Islam khas PKS. Keluarga kader juga tidak bisa memutuskan anak dalam memilih pilihan untuk tidak mengikuti jalur menjadi kader sesuai orang tua harapkan.

ABSTRACT

PKS's Successor Socialization from Parents is necessary to instill values to children related the knowledge of Islam PKS. The unique socialization from the parents is done to take the advantage of childhood and adolescent of the children of the successor. The successor's child as an object of socialization is expected to be a successor in the future. In addition, the successor's family experience challenges in providing socialization when the child has entered the mature stage, the primary socialization has shifted to the secondary socialization and participatory is more dominant than the children of the successor in the past.

This study used a qualitative descriptive by using the concept of socialization to view the investment process in the context of Islamic values which is typical with PKS and took the informants who are the board of Women Affairs in PKS, the successor's parents, and the successor's children.

This study found that in adulthood, they are more influenced by the peer group and the mass media as a supporter of looking at Islam PKS. Successor's Family also can not force the child to choose the option to follow the path into a successor that the parents expect.
