 Abstrak

Research on the blog author themed trip around the world are increasingly popular. However research on expatriate blog - individuals who live permanently abroad - neglected in research. Therefore, this article tries to analyze the reason an individual chooses to stay outside the country, and the reason they chose to share his experience in Internet media.
As Explorative studies, this article tried to describe the difference in motivation and identity of the author of the blog expatriate who is the subject of this study, along with the subjective values ​​of the author who was also taken into account in this analysis. As a result of analysis, it was found eighteen different themes to describe the motivation of the author of the blog expatriate.
Including; lifestyle choices, a desire to learn, curiosity will be cultural differences, the desire to achieve the goals, a desire to escape from the system, falls in love with a couple of different cultures, and the desire to join the community;Research on the blog author themed trip around the world are increasingly popular.
