Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) merupakan bagian dari kegiatan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan (CSR) yang wajib dilakukan oleh BUMN. Kesesuaian antara pelaksanaan PKBL dengan konsep CSR perlu diketahui untuk meyakini bahwa program yang berjalan tidak hanya sebatas common sense perusahaan. Artikel ini membahas tentang analisis pelaksanaan PKBL PT Timah (persero) Tbk. dengan menggunakan konsep CSR. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah pelaksanaan PKBL PT Timah (persero) sebagian besar telah sesuai dengan konsep CSR walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan.

Partnership Program and Community Development are part of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which must be done by the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) as a mandatory. The correspondence between the implementation of these programs and the concept of CSR need to be known in order to believe that these programs are not only a company's common sense. This article discusses about the analysis of the implementation of Partnership Program and Community Development in PT Timah (persero) Tbk. using the concept of CSR. The conclusion is the implementation of these programs has been largely consistent with the concept of CSR although there are still some shortcomings.
