ABSTRAK
Pelayanan kefarmasian merupakan bagian integral dari sistem pelayanan kesehatantermasuk di dalamnya pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas yang merupakan unitpelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apotekerdi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur bertujuan untukmemahami tugas dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jakarta Timur dan jugamemahami tugas dan fungsi dari bagian seksi sumber daya kesehatan. Sedangkantujuan dari tugas khusus adalah untuk mengetahui tugas pokok dan fungsi tenagafarmasi di puskesmas, memahami bagaimana pengelolaan obat, pelaksanaanpelayanan farmasi klinik, laporan pemakaian dan lembar permintaan obat danpenggunaan obat rasional (POR) di Puskesmas Kecamatan Pulogadung. Peranapoteker di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur adalah sebagaipengelola Sub Seksi Farmasi, Makanan dan Minuman, yang salah satu tugasnyaadalah pengelolaan laporan tentang pengunaan obat dari seluruh Puskesmas diwilayah Jakarta Timur. Sementara itu Apoteker di puskemas bertugas danbertanggungjawab dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, baik dalampengelolaan sediaan farmasi maupun pelayanan farmasi klinik. management reports on the use of drugs of all health centers in East Jakarta. While

the pharmacist in Puskesmas has duties and responsiblilities to perform pharmacy
