ABSTRAK
Telah dilakukan Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker (PKPA) di Rumah Sakit PusatAngkatan Darat Gatot Soebrot (RSPAD Gatsoe) Ditkesad. Kegiatan PKPA iniberlangsung selama dua bulan dari tanggal 1 September sampai dengan tanggal 30Oktober 2015. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKPA ini adalah agar mahasiswa Apotekermampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di Rumah Sakitsesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi khususnya dan pelayanankesehataan umumnya dan agar mahasiswa Apoteker memiliki wawasan,pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktekkefarmasian di Rumah Sakit. Berdasarkan kegiatan PKPA yang dilakukan,diketahui bahwa Apoteker di RSPAD Gatsoe Ditkesad bertanggung jawab ataskegiatan pengelolaan sediaan farmasi, alat kesehatan, dan bahan medis habis pakaidan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Pelayanan kefarmasian di Puskesmas KecamatanKembangan mangacu pada Permenkes No. 58 Tahun 2014 tentang standarpelayanan kefarmasian di Rumah Sakit.
