Praktik kerja profesi di Rumah Sakit dilaksanakan di Rumah Sakit Anak danBunda Harapan Kita pada tanggal 7 september - 16 oktober 2015. Pelaksanaanpraktik kerja profesi ini memiliki tujuan umum agar mahasiswa program studiapoteker memahami peranan, tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Rumah Sakitsesuai dengan ketentuan dan etika pelayanan farmasi dan pelayanan kesehatan,memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis untukmelakukan praktek kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentangpermasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatankegiatanyangdapatdilakukandalamrangkapengembanganpraktekkefarmasian.Praktekprofesi dilakukan selama 1,5 bulan dengan tugas khusus kajian medication error di depo farmasi rawat inap RSAB Harapan Kita bulan September 2015.ABSTRACT Profession internship in hospital is held at Rumah Sakit Anak dan Bunda Harapan Kita on September 7th?
