ABSTRAK Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No.96 Jl. Leten S.Parman Kav. G/12Jakarta Barat periode bulan Agustus tahun 2015 bertujuan untuk memahami tugasdan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktekpelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etikayang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalamanpraktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian di Apotek serta memiliki gambarannyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dankegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktekkefarmasian. Praktek kerja profesi di Apotek Apotek Kimia Farma No.96 Jl.Leten S.Parman Kav.
