ABSTRAK
Puskesmas merupakan unit pelaksana teknis dinas kesehatan kabupaten/kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kerja. Peran apoteker di Puskesmas adalah mengelola perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan bertujuan agar calon apoteker dapat memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam praktek pelayanan kefarmasian, memiliki pengetahuan, keterampilan, sikap perilaku serta wawasan dan pengalaman nyata untuk melakukan praktek profesi dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, melihat dan mempelajari strategi dan pengembangan praktek profesi Apoteker di Puskesmas, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek dan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Puskesmas, berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan tenaga kesehatan lain yang bertugas di Puskesmas. Kegiatan yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan pelayanan farmasi klinik dan pengelolaan obat dan bahan medis habis pakai. Dalam rangka peningkatkan kinerja apotek di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan diperlukan penambahan jumlah apoteker minimal 2 apoteker sehingga dapat dilakukan pembagian tugas yang lebih optimal dan diperlukan perluasan ruang apotik dan perbaikan alat yang ada di apotik sehingga dapat meningkatkan proses pelayanan farmasiABSTRACT Puskesmas is unit of implementation public health office in regency which has responsibility to organize health development in a working area. Pharmacist at Puskesmas has role to manage pharmaceutical supply and clinical pharmacy service. The purposes of Internship Program in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kembangan are for understanding about the roles, jobs, and responsibilities of pharmacist candidate in pharmaceutical practice, having knowledge, skills, attitudes, perception, and real experiences in Puskesmas pharmaceutical practices, finding strategic ways to develop the role of Puskesmas pharmaceutical and having a real illustration about problems in pharmaceutical practices, communicating and interacting with another Puskesmas health workers. The activities were doing clinical pharmacy care and management of drugs and medical materials consumables. In order to increase the performance of the pharmacy at the health center Kembangan Sub-district required increase in the number of pharmacists at least 2 pharmacist so it can be the division of tasks more optimal and necessary expansion of space pharmacies and repair tool in pharmacy so as to improve the process of pharmacy services.;Puskesmas is unit of implementation public health office in regency which has responsibility to organize health development in a working area.
