Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Kimia Farma No 147 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku memiliki wawasan pengetahuan keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktek kefarmasian dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktek kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan untuk pengembangan praktek kefarmasian Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan Apoteker mampu memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan Apotek serta mampu melakukan praktek pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang undangan dan etika yang berlaku Permasalahan praktek kefarmasian yang sering terjadi adalah stok barang yang sering habis akibat perubahan sistem pengadaan barang menjadi sistem Distribution Center kurang rutinnya pelaksanaan Konseling serta belum terlaksananya praktek Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Rumah Pemantauan Terapi Obat Pelayanan Informasi Obat dan Monitoring Efek Samping Obat Tugas khusus yang diberikan berupa promosi kesehatan berupa poster mengenai hiperlipidemia yang bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat umum melalui media dan bermanfaat agar masyarakat awam menjadi paham sehingga lebih waspada dan peduli akan bahaya penyakit
