ABSTRAK
Puskesmas merupakan sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan upaya kesehatan masyarakat dan perseorangan yang lebih mengutamakan upayapreventif dan promotif. Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah bertempat di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas Kecamatan Makasar. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama tiga minggudari tanggal 1 sampai dengan tanggal 21 September 2015. PKP di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah bertujuan agar mahasiswa apoteker mengerti peranan apoteker di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah, memiliki wawasan tentangpelaksanaan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmas dan instansi pemerintah, dan memiliki gambaran nyata akan permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di puskesmasdan instansi pemerintah dalam kehidupan nyata. Berdasarkan pengamatan, Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur dan Puskesmas KecamatanDuren Sawit telah melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing ? masing dengan baik. Masalah yang terjadi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Duren Sawit adalah belumterpenuhinya persyaratan gudang yang baik dan pelayanan farmasi klinik yang belum berjalan secara optimal.ABSTRACT Public Health Center is an institution that organizes public health services who prefer preventive and promotive efforts.
