The objective of this research is to design strategy of ecotourism which combines social, ecological and economic values in tourism development at Mampie Lampoko Polewali Mandar regency. To achieve the objective, there are several problems that faced by implementation of ecotourism strategy are the weakness of institutions and human resources, inadequate community participation and in-optimal use of area. The methodology used in this research are stakeholder need analysis (SNA) and system approach that develop from questions and unstructured interviews with all stakeholders for instance government officers, dynamic modeling and prospective techniques. The result shows that some criteria such as preservation-conservation, low negative impact and tourist satisfaction indicate positive value. Meanwhile impact on local economic and community empowerment criteria show negative value. These phenomenous happen because that tourism zone still under development. Therefore there is a need a strategic to achieve sustainable development of tourism. By using prospective techniques and combine with dynamic modeling, the result shows that there are 3 development scenarios, which are; Firstly, progressive strategy shows a maximum number of tourists can be accommodated by area is estimated will be reached equal to 19,91% of physical carrying capacity, of area enlarged and combine good management and enough tourist arrangement, the ability of carrying capacity can be improved by equal to 12.71%.
