The implementation of Know Your Customer Principle for banking institution causes some problems. It is caused that the implementation of Know Your Principle will opposite with some principles between customer and banking institution. The result of the research shows that the positive consequence of implementation of KYC is that the banking institution can avoid the banking institution from criminal act. The negative consequence is that the implementation of KYC principle is opposite with confidential relation between customer banking and banking institution.
