ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi karena stres kerja telah menjadi perhatian lama dari industri perawatan kesehatan. Pekerjaan petugas kesehatan dalam pelayanan di suatu organisasi kesehatan seperti rumah sakit dapat dianggap sebagai salah satu profesi yang paling stres karena menghasilkan efek negatif seperti kelelahan, absensi, niat karyawan untuk meninggalkan pekerjaannya, mengurangi kepuasan pasien, dan kesalahan diagnosis atau pengobatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sumber stres utama yang berhubungan dengan pekerjaan serta mengetahui perbedaan tingkat stres kerja di antara tiga divisi yaitu medis, penunjang medis dan penunjang umum. Alat ukur stres kerja yang digunakan yaitu Job Stress Survey (JSS). Penelitian ini mengambil sebuah studi kasus pada Rumah Sakit Grha Permata Ibu Depok. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 181 orang karyawandariRumah Sakit Grha Permata Ibu Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif, serta analisis data dilakukan dengan uji beda Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat stres berdasarkan skala severity, akan tetapi pada skala frequency dan index tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada indikator job pressure dan lack of organizational support sedangkan pada indikator job stres dikedua skala tersebut terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap tingkat stres antar tiga divisi medis, penunjang medis, penunjang umum.

ABSTRACT
The background of this research because of work stress has been a long concern of the health care industry. Employment in the service of health workers in a health organization such as a hospital can be considered as one of the most stressful professions because it produces negative effects such as fatigue, absenteeism, employee intent to leave his job, reduced patient satisfaction, and fault diagnosis or treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the main source of stress associated with the job as well as knowing the difference between the level of work stress in three divisions, that is medical, medical support and general support. Work stress measuring instrument used Job Stress Survey (JSS). This research takes a case study at the Grha Permata Ibu Hospital, Depok. The numbered of respondents is 181 employees of the Grha Permata Ibu Hospital, Depok. The design research is quantitative descriptive, and the data analysis do by different test of Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). The results showed that there are significant differences on the level of stress based on scale of severity, but on a scale of frequency and the index there are no significant differences in indicators of job pressure and lack of organizational support, while the indicator of job stress in both scale are significant differences on the level stress among three divisions medical, medical support, general support.
