ABSTRAKPersepsi kepuasan peserta BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri merupakan hal salah satu indikator penting untuk keberlangsungan BPJS. Tujuan penelitian adalah melihat faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi persepsi kepuasan peserta BPJS Mandiri dan menghitung nilai total persepsi kepuasan peserta BPJS Mandiri di wilayah JABODETABEK. AHP adalah salah satu metode untuk menentukan prioritas persepsi kepuasan menurut responden ahli. Hasil penelitian ini adalah beberapa faktor kepuasan yang perlu dipertahankan, ada juga yang harus ditingkatkan baik dari segi jarak, layanan administrasi, layanan dokter dan layanan administrasi dan ketersediaan obat.
ABSTRACTOne of essential indicators for BPJS continuity is the participant satisfaction perception on BPJS Kesehatan Mandiri. This research, then, aims to see the factors which affects the perception in JABODETABEK area and calculate its total score. The methodology applied for this research is AHP method to obtain priority of the satisfaction perception from experts. This study has identified a number of satisfaction factors, some of them have to be maintained, and some to be improved on several aspects: range, administrative services, physician services, and drugs availability.
