Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh di Indonesia serta pelaksanaanya dalam praktik di tingkat perusahaan Indosat Ooredoo. Dalam hal ini Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo telah melaksanakan hal-hal yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan namun ternyata hal-hal yang terdapat dalam peraturan perundang-undangan dapat disimpangi dalam Anggaran rumah tangga Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo mengenai keanggotaan Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh PT. Indosat Ooredoo yang terbatas pada Pekerja/Buruh tetap. Skripsi ini berfokus pada peran Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh bagi pekerja/buruh di PT. Indosat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran Serikat Pekerja/Serikat Buruh terutama di PT. Indosat Ooredoo serta apakah peran tersebut sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.
