ABSTRAK
Pekerja anak merupakan masalah yang timbul akibat dampak permasalahanekonomi, sosial, dan kebudayaan di masyarakat. Penelitian ini membahasimplementasi Program Pengurangan Pekerja Anak Sebagai Pendorong ProgramKeluarga Harapan (PPA-PKH) dengan Studi di Kabupaten Mojokerto, denganparadigma post-positivis, dan melihat implementasi program dari Komunikasi,Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasinya. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan implementasi program PPA-PKH belumcukup maksimal. Hal ini karena masih banyak permasalan dalam implementasiprogram. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan peran serta dan keterlibatan semua pihakterkait, agar terjalin hubungan koordinasi yang baik untuk memperbaikikekurangan dalam pengimplementasian program di tahun berikutnya danpencapaian kesamaan persepsi untuk membangun tujuan dan menghadapiberbagai kendala bersama menuju keberhasilan program.

ABSTRACT
Child labor is a problem that arises due to the impact of economic problems,social, and culture in the community. This study discusses the implementation ofthe Child Labour Reduction Program For Drivers of the Family Hope Program, tostudy in Mojokerto regency, with post-positivist paradigm, and look at theimplementation of the program of Communication, Resources, disposition, andstructure of bureaucracy. This study is a qualitative research with descriptivedesign. The results of this study indicate that the overall implementation of theprogram, the maximum is not enough. This is because there are still a lot of theproblem lies in the implementation of the program. Therefore, it needs theparticipation and involvement of all parties concerned, in order to create a goodrelationship coordination to correct deficiencies in the implementation of theprogram in the next year and the achievement of a common perception to creategoals and face many obstacles together towards the success of the program.
