Skripsi ini membahas alur proses knowledge management process dankontribusinya terhadap performa divisi maupun perusahaan secara keseluruhan,baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan menggunakan metode systemdynamics di dalam Divisi Engineering GMF AeroAsia. Penelitian ini bersifatpenelitian studi formal dengan pendekatan system dynamics. Hasil penelitianmenyarankan untuk meningkatkan sumber knowledge baru, peningkatan dari sisiDesign Organization, serta peningkatan frekuensi sharing session yang dilakukansetiap minggunya

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the process flow of knowledge management process and itscontribution to the performance of the division and the company as a whole, eitherdirectly or indirectly by using system dynamics in the Engineering Division GMFAeroAsia. This study is a research study with the formal system dynamicsapproach. The research outcome suggests to increase the sources of newknowledge, increase of the Design Organization, as well as increased frequencysharing session conducted every week.
