ABSTRAKTesis ini menganalisis faktor-faktor penting yang mendorong pemilihan darimerek smartphone yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan stated dan derivedimportance. Analisis stated importance menggunakan mean score dan derivedimportance menggunakan analisis Jaccard Similarity Coefficient. Hasil penelitianini adalah perbedaan demografi (jenis kelamin, pengeluaran, usia), dan usershipdari suatu merek smartphone akan mempengaruhi faktor pendorong pemilihansebuah merek smartphone. Perbedaan ini bisa menjadi salah satu tambahanstrategi para produsen smartphone untuk meluncurkan produknya dengan lebihefektif dan efisien kedepannya

ABSTRACTFocus of this study is to analyze importance factors that driving preferencetowards smartphone brands. This analysis utilize stated and derived importanceapproach where stated importance calculated using means score while derivedimportance calculated using jaccard Similarity Coefficient.
