ABSTRAK
Propolis telah banyak dimanfaatkan untuk berbagai hal karena mempunyai sifatantimikroba, antibakteri, antivirus, antiinflamasi, antioksidan, dan lain-lain.Propolis mulai dikembangan dalam produk pangan yaitu permen. Model pabrikpermen disimulasikan dengan menggunakan SuperPro Designer 9.0. Melaluipenelitian ini dibahas kajian keekonomian pabrik permen propolis. Hasil Studikelayakan produksi permen propolis dianalisis dengan menggunakan parameterkeekonomian yaitu IRR, NPV, PBP, dan ROI. Hasil kelayakan ekonomiperhitungan dengan SuperPro yaitu nilai IRR sebesar 21,33%, ROI 27,87%, PBP3,59 tahun, dan NPV sebesar Rp 14.766.800.000,00. Untuk perhitungan manualdiperoleh nilai IRR sebesar 15%, ROI 33,65%, PBP 7 tahun, dan NPV sebesar Rp1.156.616.420,00. Hasil analisis sensitivitas menghasilkan yang palingberpengaruh adalah harga jual terhadap perubahan IRR dan NPV. Berdasarkan hasilanalisis sensitivitas tersebut, maka harga jual produk permen propolis adalahsebesar Rp 2.000,00.

Candy industry simulatedusing SuperPro Designer 9.0. This research study the economics of propolis candyindustry. The results of propolis candy production is analyzed using the economicparameters is IRR, NPV, PBP, and ROI. Results SuperPro economic calculationwith a value of IRR 21.33%, ROI 27.87%, PBP 3.59 years and NPV of Rp14,766,800,000.00. Sensitivity analysis resultsproduce the most influential is the selling price to changes in IRR and NPV.
