ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas keterkaitan antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kinerjadan aktualisasi diri pegawai pada instansi pemerintah. Teori utama yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah iklim komunikasi organisasi Redding.Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatifdan desain penelitiannya adalah studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwaiklim komunikasi organisasi sudah baik, tetapi tidak berdampak pada aktualisasidiri pegawai. Sehingga pimpinan harus dapat meningkatkan pengembangan diripegawai.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the relationship between organizational communicationclimate with the performance and self-actualization of employees in governmentagencies. The main theory used in this research is organizational communicationclimate from Redding. This research use descriptive research type with qualitativeapproach and the research design is a case study. The results showed thatorganizational communication climate is good, but no impact on employee selfactualization.So, the leaders should be able to increase the self-development ofemployees.;
