ABSTRAKAnak terdiagnosa kanker umumnya mengalami pengobatan yang mempengaruhi
kondisi emosional, kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan spiritual pada anak juga orangtua.
Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui hubungan kesejahteraan spiritual orang tua terhadap
kesejahteraan spiritual dan kualitas hidup anak yang mengalami kanker. Desain
penelitian cross sectional pada 81 pasang orang tua anak dengan teknik consecutive
sampling. Data dianalisis secara bivariat multivariat menggunakan regresi linier. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan hubungan bermakna, arah kekuatan sedang dan positif antara
kesejahteraan spiritual orang tua dengan kesejahteraan spiritual anak (r: 0,324;
Pvalue:0,003) dan hubungan antara kesejahteraan spiritual anak dengan kualitas hidup
anak (r: 0,324; Pvalue: 0,003), serta hubungan bermakna, kekuatan lemah dan positif
antara kesejahteraan spiritual orang tua dengan kualitas hidup anak (r: 0,263 Pvalue:
0,018). Peneliti merekomendasikan perawat mengidentifikasi dan asuhan keperawatan
spiritual perlu ditingkatkan pada anak yang mengalami kanker dan keluarganya
ABSTRACTChildren diagnosed cancer generally undergo treatments affected emotional state,
quality of life and spiritual well-being. This study aims to determine relationship of
parents spiritual well being against the childrens spiritual well-being and quality of life
who have cancer. Cross-sectional study design in 81 pairs of parents-children taken with
consecutive sampling. Data analyzed using bivariate multivariate linear regression. The
results showed significant correlation with direction and strength of relationship was
positive between parent spiritual well-being with children spiritual well-being (r: 0.324
Pvalue: 0.003) and between childrens spiritual well being with children quality of life
(r: 0,356; Pvalue; 0,001) significant correlation with direction and strength of weak
positive correlation between parents spiritual well-being with childrensquality of life
(r:0.263 Pvalue: 0.018). Researchers recommend the nurse to identify and carry out
spiritual well being care for children and parent with cancer
