ABSTRAK
Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kenaikan tren kunjungan pasien JKN dirumah sakit Dewi Sri baik rawat jalan ataupun rawat inap. Kendali mutu dan kendalibiaya sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin agar pelayanan kesehatan pada peserta JKNsesuai dengan standar mutu yang ditetapkan dan diselenggarakan dengan efisien.Pilihan obat yang termasuk dalam pembayaran InaCBGs akan menjadi komponenpenting, sehingga review terhadap penggunaan obat sangat diperlukan dalam rangkameningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dan efisiensi biaya obat.Penelitian ini menggunakan studi crosssectional dengan metode kuantitatif,untuk melihat gambaran rata-rata jumlah item obat per resep, persentase peresepanobat generik, peresepan antibiotik, peresepan obat fornas, dan jumlah biaya obatterhadap faktor jenis kelamin pasien, usia pasien, jenis kelamin dokter, umur dokterdan jaminan kesehatan sesuai dengan data sekunder yang didapat melalui data rekammedis dan resep di farmasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat perbedaan yangsignifikan jumlah item obat per resep, persentase oobat generik, persentase obatantibiotik, persentase obat fornas, dan biaya obat diantara ketiga jenis jaminankesehatan tersebut. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap persentase antibiotik dirawat jalan dan jumlah item obat per resep pada rawat jalan dan rawat inap adalahjenis kelamin dokter. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh pada persentase antibiotik dirawat inap, dan persentase generik, persentase fornas, dan biaya obat pada rawatjalan dan rawat inap adalah jaminan kesehatan. Sehingga perlu adanya kebijakanpenggunaan obat generik, penggunaan obat fornas, dan jumlah item obat per resep ≤2 jenis obat di lingkungan rumah sakit.

ABSTRACT
The background of the present research was the increasing trend of JKNpatients? visits at Dewi Sri Hospital, for both outpatients and inpatients. Quality andcost controls are highly needed in securing that health services to JKN members be inconformity with the specified quality standard and implemented efficiently. The choicedrugs included in InaCBGs payment would become a significant component, and thusa review of drug administration is greatly needed in attempt to enhance both healthservice quality and drug cost efficiency.The research used a cross-sectional study by a quantitative method, so as tofind out the average number of drug items per prescription, percentage of genericdrug prescription, antibiotic prescription, fornas drug prescription, and total cost ofdrugs on the factors of patient gender, patient age, physician gender age, physicianage, and health assurance according to the secondary data obtained from bothmedical record data and prescription at pharmacy. Based on the research findings,there were some significant differences in the number of drug items per prescription,percentage of generic drugs, percentage of antibiotic, percentage of fornas drugs,and drug costs between the three health assurances. The most influential factor onpercentage of antibiotic and the number of drug items per prescription in bothoutpatient and inpatient was physician gender.
