Bandara XYZ merupakan salah satu proyek konstruksi dengan sistem kontrak Design and Build yang pada umumnya dipilih untuk efisiensi dan efektifitas pekerjaan proyek. Namun dalam pelaksanaan dalam proyek Bandara XYZ masih terjadi construction waste yang salah satunya disebabkan oleh banyaknya keterlibatan stakeholder. Penelitian ini telah diidentifikasi kepentingan masing-masing stakeholder internal dan eksternal serta dilakukan survey untuk mengidentifikasi kepentingan dari tiap- tiap stakeholder yang berpengaruh dalam construction waste, dari hasil survey dilakukan identifikasi dan analisis terhadap stakeholder menggunakan software Partial Least Square kemudian disusun strategi dan pengelolaan hubungan termasuk di dalamnya pola komunikasi antara para stakeholder sehingga dapat mengurangi construction waste yang berbasis PMBOK. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat bahwa stakeholder eksternal sangat mempengaruhi construction waste pada proyek Bandara XYZ.

XYZ airport is one of the construction project contract system Design and Build are generally chosen for the efficiency and effectiveness of project work. However, in the implementation of the project is on XYZ airport of construction waste and this is due to the many stakeholder involvement. This research has identified the interests of each internal and external stakeholders and conducted a survey to identify the interests of each stakeholder in the construction waste, from a survey conducted stakeholder identification and analysis of the use of software Partial Least Square then organized strategy and managing relationships including in which the pattern of communication among stakeholders so as to reduce construction waste based on PMBOK. Based on the results of the study are that the influence of external stakeholders on the project of construction waste at XYZ airport.
