ABSTRAKIndustri farmasi adalah badan usaha yang telah diberikan ijin untuk pembuatan obat maupun bahan obat. Agar obat yang dihasilkan memiliki kualitas, efikasi, dan keamanan yang baik serta konsisten, maka dibuatlah suatu pedoman tentang Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik (CPOB). Dalam pelaksanaan CPOB, dibutuhkan apoteker yang kompeten agar CPOB dapat berjalan dengan baik. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker dan juga penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi, disamping untuk mengetahui permasalahan di industri farmasi. Selain itu diberikan tugas khusus tentang uji toksisitas akut sebuah produk di PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories.

ABSTRAKPharmaceutical Industry is an entity that has a permit from the Minister Health to the manufacture of drugs or drug ingredients. In order for the resulting drug quality, have good efficacy, and safe also consistent we need a guide for the pharmaceutical industry on the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). In the GMP, pharmacist must be competent. Internship at PT Konimex Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to understands roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacist and the implementation of GMP in pharmaceutical industry, also to understands problemst that occurs in pharmaceutical industry. A special task about acute toxicity test is also given.
