Kegiatan praktek kerja profesi di RSAB Harapan Kita dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit sesuai dengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di rumah sakit. Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur rumah sakit, instalasi farmasi, serta jenis pelayanan yang tersedia di rumah sakit. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, petugas depo farmasi wajib mengikuti rangkaian tahap pelayanan resep sesuai prosedur. Pada tugas khusus, dilakukan analisis kepatuhan petugas depo dalam mengikuti prosedur pelayanan resep. Analisa dilakukan dengan menghitung persentase kepatuhan pada lembar resep dan melakukan survei kepada petugas depo menggunakan kuesioner yang belum tervalidasi.

Pharmacist professional practice in RSAB Harapan Kita was conducted for prospective pharmacists to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions of the pharmaceutical care standard in hospitals. It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist learned about the structure of the hospital, pharmacy, as well as the types of services provided in hospitals. In doing pharmaceutical care, pharmacy officer must follow the stages in prescription service procedure. On special assignment, the compliance of pharmacy officer in following prescription service procedures was analyzed. Analysis was done by calculating the percentage of compliance in the prescription sheets and conducting surveys to pharmacy officers using unvalidated questionnaires.
