Kegiatan praktek kerja profesi di Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk dilakukan agar calon apoteker mampu memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di puskesmas sesuai dengan ketentuan standar pelayanan farmasi di puskesmas. Selain itu juga, diharapkan agar calon apoteker mempelajari mengenai struktur puskesmas, instalasi farmasi, serta jenis pelayanan yang tersedia di puskesmas. Dalam melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian, petugas depo farmasi memberikan pelayanan konseling kepada pasien yang menggunakan obat dengan instruksi khusus. Untuk itu, dibuat sebuah lembar balik berisi gambar dan instruksi untuk memudahkan petugas dan pasien dalam proses konseling.

Pharmacist professional practice in Puskesmas Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk was conducted for prospective pharmacists to understand the role, duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in hospitals in accordance with the provisions of the pharmaceutical care standard in community health center. It is also expected that the prospective pharmacist learned about the structure of the community health center, pharmacy, as well as the types of services provided. In doing pharmaceutical care, pharmacy depot personnel provide counseling services to patients who use the drug with special instructions. To that end, a flip chart containing images and instructions was created to facilitate personnel and patients in the counseling process.
