 Abstract

ABSTRAK
Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Aventis Pharma bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mengenai CPOB dan bagaimana penerapannya di PT Aventis Pharma. Sedangkan tugas khusus yang diberikan adalah membuat suatu protokol validasi metode analisis penetapan kadar suppositoria Ketoprofen. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah untuk menentukan metode analisis penetapan kadar suppositoria Ketoprofen yang valid sehingga hasilnya dapat dipercaya.
ABSTRACT
Pharmacists Professional Practice (PKPA) implemented in PT Aventis Pharma Pulo Mas, Jakarta Timur. PKPA activity is aims to increase knowledge and insight on all aspects of GMP-related in the pharmaceutical industry and determine the application of GMP in PT Aventis Pharma. While the special assignment is to make Analytical Method Validation Protocol of Ketoprofen suppository. The aim of this special assignment is to obtain a valid method for the analysis of Ketoprofen suppository with Spectrofotometry.
