There are three aspects which cannot be separated in the discussion of freedom. They are the human rights, democracy, and the religion plurality. The universal human rights posses a normative power because it causes the regularity of law and politic based on the freedom and equal participation. The universality of the human rights principles is a fact has been permanently constructed. At least there are three parameters to judge the human rights . They are geographical parameters, humanity parameters , and religion parameters.
