The Honor Body should be able to carry out its task well in accordance with community expectation; therefore it must be clear and firm, when there is People's Representative Assembly member breaking Code of Conduct or Code of Ethics, he must be processed through investigation and verification, and if it is proved he must be given sanction. The Honor Body functions effecttively if he decision results on investigation and verification against breaking presumption of People's Representative Assembly member is proved to break Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics recommended to Regional People's Representative Assembly Chairs to give declatory sanction.
