 Abstract

The amendment of UUD 1945 has created MPR as an independent chamber As a result, the structure of Indonesian parliament is considered as tricameral. Nevertheless, with its own chamber in one side and authority that apparently could not be continoasly exercised on the other side, the position of MPR has to be re-analysed.
