ABSTRAK
The Research Center for Water Resources has been involved in the implementation of Weather Modification Technology (WMT) with the evaluation of results. In anticipation of futher evaluation, a standard precept should be set up in the context that the implementation unit of cloud seeding is not making rain but modifying the weather.
