ABSTRAKProgram STOP merupakan program penanaman nilai keselamatan pada
karyawan. Yang dilakukan dengan cara mengobservasi perilaku yang aman dan
tidak aman. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada persepsi karyawan mengenai
pelaksanaan STOP dengan metode kuesioner, observasi, dan wawancara. Dalam
penelitian ini, dilakukan analisis deskriptif maupun analitik mengenai
pengetahuan, persepsi bahaya, prosedur, komunikasi, sosialisasi, pelatihan,
reward/punishment, pengawasan, dan komitmen. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada
hubungan antara pengetahuan, persepsi, komunikasi, pelatihan, dan komitmen
terhadap perilaku dalam pelaksanaan STOP. Program ini secara umum sudah
berjalan dengan baik, tetapi belum optimal dan harus ditingkatkan. Program ini
dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran akan keselamatan yang akan menuju pada
terciptanya budaya keselamatan.
ABSTRACTSTOP Program is a program for internalized a safety value of employees.
The program is conducted by observing the behavior of safe and unsafe. The
study was based on the perceptions of employees regarding the implementation of
the STOP. The method used was a questionnaire, observation, and interviews. In
this study, an analysis of descriptive and analytical knowledge, perception of
danger, procedures, communication, socialization, training, reward / punishment,
supervision, and commitment. From the survey results revealed that there is a
relationship between knowledge, perception, communication, training, and
commitment to the behavior in the execution of STOP. The program generally has
been running well, but not optimal. This program can raise awareness of safety
that will lead to the creation of a safety culture.
