Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab keterlambatan pelayanan kemoterapi pada pasien kanker payudara. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari faktor pasien, faktor rumah sakit serta melihat gambaran hambatan pada masing-masing unit yang terlibat. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang mengupas masalah dengan cara wawancara mendalam, telaah dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketelambatan kemoterapi dapat berasal dari faktor pasien dan faktor rumah sakit. Untuk faktor pasien berdasarkan hasil uji statistic chi square didapatkan nilai alpha p>0.05 artinya tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara umur, stadium dan status pasien dengan keterlambatan kemoterapi. Namun berdasarkan hasil observasi bahwa faktor pasien yang menyebabkan keterlambatan kemoterapi yakni status kesehatan berdasarkan kadar hemoglobin. Untuk faktor rumah sakit yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pelayanan kemoterapi yaitu ketersediaan obat dan tempat tidur.

This study aims to determine the factors causing delays in care chemotherapy in breast cancer patients. These factors consist of patient factors, factors of the hospital and see a picture of the barriers on each unit involved.
